This page describes how Artificial Mindz ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit a domain in our portfolio or submit an offer through the inquiry form.

1. What we collect

When you submit the offer form, we receive the values you choose to provide:

  • Your name and email address (required)
  • Your company / project name and phone number (optional)
  • The offer type you selected (Buy Outright, Lease to Own, or Cash + Equity) and any figures you entered
  • Your free-form message
  • The domain you submitted from

We also automatically log a minimal amount of technical metadata for security and abuse prevention:

  • IP address
  • Browser user-agent
  • Referring URL
  • Submission timestamp

2. How we use it

We use the information solely to:

  • Reply to your inquiry from sales@artificialmindz.com
  • Send you an automated confirmation that we received your message
  • Operate and protect the site (rate-limiting, fraud and bot detection)
  • Keep records of acquisition discussions for our internal business purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.

3. Third parties we rely on

  • Google reCAPTCHA v3. Every submission is scored by Google's invisible bot-detection service. Google collects hardware and software information (device, browser, browser plugins, IP address) to compute a risk score. Use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager (where enabled). We use these to understand aggregated, anonymized traffic patterns. IP anonymization is enabled. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.
  • Your hosting provider's mail service delivers form notifications and auto-replies. The message contents pass through that infrastructure during delivery.

4. Cookies

We use a single, short-lived session cookie (amdsess) for CSRF protection — without it the form cannot detect forged submissions. It expires when you close the browser. Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics may set their own cookies; see their policies above for details.

5. How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained in our mailbox as standard business records. Security-related metadata (IP, user-agent) in our short-lived rate-limit ledger expires automatically within minutes to hours.

6. Security

Form submissions are protected by HTTPS in transit, CSRF tokens, reCAPTCHA risk scoring, rate limiting, input sanitization, and email header-injection guards. Access to the mailbox is restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request that we:

  • Confirm what information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information from our records
  • Stop further contact

We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
